How long do your eyelash extensions last?
With proper care, our classic, volume, and hybrid eyelash extensions can last through a full natural lash cycle (typically 4 to 6 weeks). To maintain the full, lush look, we recommend booking a "Fill" appointment every 2 to 3 weeks.
Is your henna organic and safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! We use only the finest, all-natural henna paste for both our traditional mehndi body art and our brow tinting services. It is safe, organically derived, and yields a rich, beautiful stain without harsh chemical additives.
What is the difference between eyebrow threading and waxing?
Eyebrow threading uses a twisted 100% cotton thread to precisely wrap and remove individual hairs from the root, allowing for highly detailed shaping without chemicals or heat. Waxing applies warm resin to remove multiple hairs simultaneously. Threading is generally preferred for sensitive skin as it only touches the hair, not the top layer of skin.
Can I get waxed if I am using Retinol or acne medication?
For safety, it is highly recommended to pause the use of Retinyls, Retin-A, Accutane, or strong chemical exfoliants for at least 7-10 days prior to a waxing service. These medications can thin the skin and increase sensitivity, potentially leading to lifting or irritation during waxing. In these instances, facial threading is an excellent, safe alternative.
Does eyebrow threading hurt more than waxing?
Discomfort is subjective, but many clients find threading to be gentler. While waxing is a quick, sharp pull, threading feels like a rapid plucking sensation. Because threading does not involve hot wax pulling on the delicate skin around the eyes, it reduces the risk of prolonged redness and irritation post-treatment.

To align with natural hair growth cycles and maintain a perfectly defined shape, we recommend scheduling an appointment every 3 to 5 weeks. Regular visits help train the hair growth and can lead to finer, sparser hair over time.
Are there any post-care steps I should take after facial waxing or threading?
Yes, keep the area clean and avoid touching the skin with unwashed hands. Avoid direct sun exposure, heavy makeup, tight clothing over the area, and highly fragranced lotions or exfoliants for at least 24 hours. Applying a soothing, fragrance-free aloe vera gel can immediately calm the skin.
